Once we have got an idea of what is going on, and how many sessions you need we will book the sessions in. SFHT is a brief therapy, so often works faster than you’d expect!
Our sessions together will follow the same format each week, we start with solution-focused work and then finish with twenty to thirty minutes of hypnotherapy.
The hypnotherapy allows your brain to integrate and embed the solutions you have come up with earlier in the session. Rehearsing in this way is incredibly successful, it bypasses our limiting beliefs and default emotions and makes this next step real and achievable.
